Hydraulic Fluid Testing and Treatment
Fluid Particulate and Water Analysis - The digital particle counter test uses a laser to count the particulate sizes and quantities, and calculates the ISO grade of the fluid. The percentage of free and dissolved water content is also reported. The PFC particulate test is quick, easy and very accurate and prints a detailed report for each sample. Particle counters are also available for sale.

Visual "Pull-down" Contamination Testing - Visual "pull down" testing uses a vacuum pump, 1 micron filter and microscope to analyze and identify the quantity and type of particulate in a fluid sample. Contamination identification and ISO cleanliness are aided by examples and descriptions in a color brochure. Testing and analysis can be performed on-site or at your facility upon request.

Hy-Pro OA-PATLKF Fluid Test Kit - The Hy-Pro OA-PATLKF fluid test kit is an inexpensive prepaid 3rd-party oil analysis product which is independently tested and reported by Insight Services Inc. Results are fast, accurate and available online or by mail.

- ISO 4406:1999 Particle Count 4/6/14
- Spectrometric Analysis per ASTM D 5185
- TAN (Total Acid Number)
- Water Content PPM
- Wear Metal Size and Composition
- 200x and 500x Magnified Photos of Ferrous Metal Composition.
