We can also provide customized training and preventive maintenance schedules to ensure proper operation of your systems. Installation Services
Advanced Fluid Systems offers full service installation and field services for its systems any where in the world. Proper installation insures the system works according to design and minimizes setup time. Field service is also available for troubleshooting and maintaining your system's performance. Our workmanship and experience with plumbing fluid power applications is why many customers have us design the layout of their prototype machines. Installation services include:
- Unit start-up, testing and troubleshooting available 24/7.
- System to PLC wiring and integration.
- Custom hoses and tube assemblies made on site.
Filtration Services
Advanced Fluid Systems offers filtration services and products designed to keep your hydraulic systems running efficiently, while reducing downtime.
Oil Sampling and testing
We offer customers several different types of oil testing and analysis.
- Pall PFC testing: The Pall PFC testing performed at Advanced Fluid Systems uses a laser to calculate the ISO grade of the fluid and automatically prints the results. The PFC particulate size test is quick and very accurate. PFC units are also available for sale.
- Pall Black & White test: The Pall black & white test kit uses a vacuum pump, 1 micron filter and microscope to analyze and identify the type of particulate in a fluid sample. Contamination identification and ISO cleanliness are aided by examples and descriptions in a color brochure.
- Pall WS testing: The Pall WS water sensor reports water saturation and temperature in realtime. This quick test can be performed on-site or at Advanced Fluid Systems's York location. Pall WS sensors are available for sale and can be installed for constant monitoring.
- CTC Analytical Services "ANALYZE IT!" kit: The "ANALYZE IT!" kit is a prepaid fluid test kit including bottle, paperwork and instructions. The customer sends the sample directly to the independent company CTC Analytical for analysis. CTC performs the analysis and mails the particulate size, quantity and type report to both the customer and Advanced Fluid Systems. Contact customer service for current price and availability.
Oil purifier units are self contained water, gas and particulate removal systems. They are connected to a fluid reservoir and continuously recirculate the fluid through filter elements and water/gas removal chambers. Advanced Fluid Systems maintains two Pall purifiers for rental at our York location, and Pall maintains two more purifiers in the Mid-Atlantic region. Not sure if you need a purifier?
