Hydraulic Power Units

We manufacture hydraulic systems ranging in size from portable 1 gallon power-packs to complex 1000 gallon multi-pump systems.  Controls are designed in-house, including complex turn-key systems with PLC programming and/or microprocessor motion control.  Some types of applications include:

• Multiple Axis Servo Control Systems (PID Controls).
• Closed Loop Force, Velocity, and Position Control.
• Programmable Logic Controls.
• LCD touch screen interfaces with realtime system status and feedback.

Lubrication Units

We design and manufacture lubrication systems for grease, oil and mist applications.  Systems include single and dual line units ranging from simple manual operations to fully automatic electronic controls.  While our custom systems provide an infinite number of options, especially for larger applications, check out the Safematic line in our product lines page for innovative and compact lubrication products and solutions.

Manifold Assemblies

Standard manifolds use common catalogued components including manifolds, control valves and directional valves to consolidate multiple functions and piping into one manifold.  We stock standard modular control valves, as well as, the Sun Hydraulics line of cartridge style modular valves.  Sun also offers 'standard' manifolds which allow their cartridge valves to be directly mounted into the manifold.  This significantly reduces cost and space over traditional stacked modular valves.

Custom Manifolds

Custom manifolds are designed to replace the multiple functions of a hydraulic system and combine them into one compact and efficient assembly.  Custom manifolds reduce assembly labor and space requirements, while eliminating piping and other connections between functions that can cause leaks.  Advanced Fluid Systems can design and build your custom manifold, and we stand by our work long after it ships.

Transfer/Filter Carts

Transfer/filter carts are small mobile power units used to filter fluid, while moving it from one container to another.  A common example is filling a power unit reservoir with fluid from a barrel or container.  We manufacture transfer/filter carts in all shapes and sizes from 2-wheeled hand cart units to totally enclosed, high flow, 4-wheeled units with multiple filters. Mobile Applications

Advanced Fluid Systems has developed a strategy it's mobile customers embrace: design and install a complete hydraulic system and controls, and take responsibility for it's operation.  We do this because we have the product and electrical controls expertise to meet the increased accuracy and consistency demands of today's mobile applications.  Some unique applications include radio remote systems and emergency vehicle controls.

Marine Solutions

Hydraulic marine applications pose specific challenges including low noise, small size, minimum heat build up, low power consumption, and corrosion resistant materials.  Recently our unique designs have raised the bar for marine hydraulic power units with the most horse power in a confined space.  We have also designed and supplied proportional mobile controls and custom manifold assemblies for complex marine applications.
