Our repair process:
- Complete the Repair Return Form, or contact us, and ship your item to our York location.
- Your component will be disassemble and evaluated for wear and defects.
- We will contact you with a FREE***, no obligation quotation for both a repair and a new replacement.
- Upon receiving your purchase order we repair your component to the manufacturer's specifications and fully test it at its maximum operating parameters for a minimum of 30 minutes.
- The component is then set to your operating parameters or the manufacturer's defaults per your request.
- Your component is painted and shipped with a repair report and repair tag to help you track your component.
*** Some items may have a tear down / inspection fee. You will never be billed anything without your prior approval. Contact us for details.

Advanced Fluid Systems' full service hydraulic facility in York, PA is equipped to repair and test all of your hydraulic valves, accumulators and components including winches, gear boxes and power take-off (PTO)drives.

Advanced Fluid Systems is an authorized Hawe valve distributor and service center with inventory to repair and build new valve assemblies from stock. With over 25 years of experience, more than 3,000 square feet and five dedicated hydraulic test stands, we have the resources know how to repair all of your hydraulic components and drives.

- We repair all makes and models of hydraulic valves, cylinders, pumps, motors, accumulators and other components.
- All repairs are backed by our 1 year limited warranty unless otherwise noted.
- We stock accumulator bladders and o-rings that fit most makes and models of bladder style accumulators for fast turn-around.
- Have an old or odd hydraulic component? Custom made seals, parts and assemblies are available even when the OEM is not.
- Detailed failure reports describe what was wrong with you component and help you identify potential problems in your system. (Digital photos available upon request.)
- All valve repairs are tested to the manufacturers specifications and calibrated per your request.
