Our repair process:
- Complete the Repair Return Form, or contact us, and ship your item to our York location.
- Your component will be disassemble and evaluated for wear and defects.
- We will contact you with a FREE***, no obligation quotation for both a repair and a new replacement.
- Upon receiving your purchase order we repair your component to the manufacturer's specifications and fully test it at its maximum operating parameters for a minimum of 30 minutes.
- The component is then set to your operating parameters or the manufacturer's defaults per your request.
- Your component is painted and shipped with a repair report and repair tag to help you track your component.
*** Some items may have a tear down / inspection fee. You will never be billed anything without your prior approval. Contact us for details.

Advanced Fluid Systems, Inc is a factory authorized repair center for Linde (now Eaton Duraforce) pumps and motors.
Advanced Fluid Systems, Inc has been repairing Racine pumps for over 25 years and maintains parts inventory for fast turn-around.
We repair every style of hydraulic pump and motor, from gear pumps to vane pumps to the largest radial piston pumps, regardless of brand. Our inventory includes seals, parts and remanufactured pumps available for immediate shipment.

- 450HP diesel powered test stand to test and setup even the largest hydraulic pumps.
- 100HP programmable variable frequency drive (VFD) test system for mineral oil and water glycol fluids that allows us to test pumps with electronic controls.
- 50HP hydrostatic test stand for hydraulic motor testing.
- 25HP test stand for mineral oil and water glycol.
Our brand new 100HP VFD hydraulic test stand allows us to quickly test pumps with mineral oil and water glycol fluids.
- All hydraulic test stands are maintained to 14/13/11 ISO fluid cleanliness.
- All repairs are tested to the manufacturers specifications and pump controls are set to your applications requirements.

Authorized Moog Pump Repair Facility
As of May 1st 2014, Advanced Fluid Systems is an authorized repair center for Moog RKP radial piston pumps. After May 1st, Moog will no longer repair their own radial piston pumps.

Does Moog sell pump parts? Moog RKP radial piston pumps(formerly Bosch brand) have very tight assembly tolerances and require matched sets of parts. Repairing Moog piston pumps requires years of hydraulic repair experience, special training from Moog and the necessary facilities to properly test each repair.
