Our repair process:
- Complete the Repair Return Form, or contact us, and ship your item to our York location.
- Your component will be disassemble and evaluated for wear and defects.
- We will contact you with a FREE***, no obligation quotation for both a repair and a new replacement.
- Upon receiving your purchase order we repair your component to the manufacturer's specifications and fully test it at its maximum operating parameters for a minimum of 30 minutes.
- The component is then set to your operating parameters or the manufacturer's defaults per your request.
- Your component is painted and shipped with a repair report and repair tag to help you track your component.
*** Some items may have a tear down / inspection fee. You will never be billed anything without your prior approval. Contact us for details.

Advanced Fluid Systems' cylinder repair services are a cost effective option to a new cylinder and are often available in a fraction of the time. We repair all types and makes of cylinders and fluid power linear actuators - even if there is no manufacture or part number information.
Hydraulic Repair Capabilities
We repair all makes and models of standard and custom cylinders.No part number, no problem! We repair small and large cylinders from mobile equipment, farm machinery and custom hydraulic cylinders. We service and test all types of linear actuators including NFPA, welded, tie rod, telescopic and single acting ram cylinders. Other capabilities include:

- Our large cylinder repair station and over head crane allows us to repair cylinders to 20 inches in bore and 240 inches of stroke.
- Custom rods, bodies and seals are available to repair special or custom cylinders.
- All hydraulic test stands are maintained to 14/13/11 ISO fluid cleanliness.
- All cylinder repairs are tested to the manufacturers specifications.
- All repairs, testing and calibration are performed at our York, PA location.
