Our repair process:
- Complete the Repair Return Form, or contact us, and ship your item to our York location.
- Your component will be disassemble and evaluated for wear and defects.
- We will contact you with a FREE***, no obligation quotation for both a repair and a new replacement.
- Upon receiving your purchase order we repair your component to the manufacturer's specifications and fully test it at its maximum operating parameters for a minimum of 30 minutes.
- The component is then set to your operating parameters or the manufacturer's defaults per your request.
- Your component is painted and shipped with a repair report and repair tag to help you track your component.
*** Some items may have a tear down / inspection fee. You will never be billed anything without your prior approval. Contact us for details.

Hydraulic and Pneumatic Cylinder Repair
Hydraulic cylinders are economical to repair and we repair some of the largest. Our new cylinder repair station accommodates units to 16 inches in bore and 240 inches in stroke. Don't know the manufacturer? We can custom manufacture rods, seals and other components to repair any hydraulic or pnuematic cylinder to "like new" condition.
